In order to achieve the vision of inspiring sustainability within the meetings industry, GMIC recognizes the importance of bringing global solutions for change into local communities. Several networking groups have taken shape throughout the United States and Europe, providing members with a fantastic opportunity to make connections and decisions that impact their immediate geographic area.

  • CHICAGO NETWORK April 6, 2017, McCormick Place: IX Chicago / Second Annual Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID). The GMIC Chicago Network will be participating in Industry Xchange, an education and networking event for professional meeting and event planners. In collaboration with Choose Chicago’s Annual Meeting, this year’s Industry XChange will celebrate Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID) from an authentic Chicago perspective.
